Good solid product & delivers good prints, ink cartridges seem to need replacement very quickly but have now bought the XL cartridges & hopefully these will last longer. This replaces an Epson printer which I purchased recently & it beats it hands down. Even the software is better to use

A friend recommended this printer and to be honest for the price it seemed too good to be true - well until you use it that is.
I have just spent the last 2 hours setting up and testing the features and again they prove unreliable; this is the second one Amazon sent me. The first, the bluetooth did not work and the wireless connection was up and down like yoyo. A techie friend looked at this for me and said there was a fault with the printer so I contacted Amazon who sent me another. Alas, having spent ages this morning I am encountering the same problems. The printer does not pick up any bluetooth devices although my phone and laptop are both discoverable and sitting inches from the printer. Both my laptop and phone can find the printer however! The wireless signal again is still erratic. The printer wont allow me to scan using the touchscreen and advises me to scan from my computer; if this is as good as it gets I will be sending this back too!
Connected by USB this printer produces good quality prints but who wants wires??!
The most annoying thing is Amazon arranged for the 1st printer to be collected by DHL who can not tell me when they will arrive so I have been sitting waiting all day. Very disappointed in the service from Amazon and this second rate printer....DONT BUY!

Love the look and the speed of this printer and with the right photo paper it produces professional quality prints. Wireless connection is however dismal. Glad I got it half price...

In less than 3 weeks of very little use the printer head broke. The instructions given with the printer were useless they contain little information about anything.Th on-line support was not any better. Many phone calls to all parts of the world before a human being was finally contactd to try and sort the problem. At present we have no printer and are waiting for spare parts to be dispatched. Totally unimpressed with the printer and service from HP.

This is an excellent all in one printer/scanner/copier. Once connected to your PC, its very easy to use either from the PC or directly from the printer itself. Superb large screen and an excellent menu which allows quick and precise instructions. The quality of the printing is really excellent, certainly better than high street labs, especially if you use high quality Glossy HP Plus paper. I also compared it to prints from Canon and Epson and although both machines were more expensive than the HP, their prints were not as sharp. The HP also produced a fuller and more saturated print with more accurate colours. However, be careful you don't buy the similarly and confusingly named HP Photosmart all in one printer with the smaller screen, which is also slightly cheaper and not as good.
