I bought this printer to produce quality prints to sell. After finally receiving the printer i started setting it up which was going well and then after installing the cartridges i noticed that the ribbon inside was hanging out of place. The printer didnt work. I contacted HP and they were really unhelpful. They didnt get back to me and basically told me to deal with it myself! So i contacted Amazon and they have agreed to give me a refund. I am currently waiting for someone to come and pick the printer up! I was pretty angry with the whole ordeal and have decided after the way HP dealt with me that i will go for a Canon next time.
