I should have read the reviews before purchasing this printer.
Cheap,but noisy and drinks ink.
I very quikly replaced it with a Canon iP4500, more expensive but well worth it.

Avoid this Printer at ALL costs. I returned the first three S20's because after approx 1 week the printers wouldn't recognise the black cartridge as being compatable. This after printing maybe 3 sheets at the very most each time. I contacted Epson Technical Help and forcefully asked what they were prepared to do - they very reluctantly sent me another S20 on a collect and return basis. Today, it too has failed for exactly the same reason - black ink cartridge not recognised. This is the FOURTH printer which has exactly the same inherant problem. I will now attempt to get a refund before seeking a different printer. Dont say you haven't been warned. Come on Epson, come clean, admit it, this printer is an absolute disgrace! PS - one star is the minimum i can select, should be *ABSOLUTE ZERO*

I can heartily recommend this printer. It has only one shortcoming and that is the shortage of supplies for it at the moment. You can only buy original inks but the cost is very reasonable.It is a brand new model and for the price, I cannot fault the quality. I have today printed my first A4 photograph and I am most impressed. It is not as good as my Epson Stylus Photo 2100 but at this price, who can complain. Overall, very satisfied.
